Truly a miracle unheard of in modern times: Recently a foetus slipped out of her mother's womb while she went out to ease herself in the toilet in Ahmadabad,India. By God's grace the baby was still alive even when on tracks!!!Saved by the bell indeed!! But unfortunately we're used to surviving by miracles and that's what keeps the life on its wheels for most people I guess!
It's our customized way of life that highlights this incident more as a "miracle" than as a lack of diminutive social health concerns. Well yes clearly it sends tingle of shudder across us for a moment but the bigger truth is that we just love to feast on such stories rather than raising our reasons and getting beyond the level of scooping news chunks to satisfy our remote psyches.
People are more than happy to hear that the baby and mom were finally able to meet instead of even winking for once that what if this kind of incident should repeat itself in future and let's wish not destiny play its cruel games once again. How can we put our lives at stake so easily? Or what physical conditions of the mom let foetus fall like hen laying eggs? I think it's seriously time to catch up the time scale and hit on these issues before it's too late..or should I say better late than never!
